So far I have tried them fried, hard, medium and runny. This is probably the easiest way to tell the subtle differences between them and chicken eggs but over all with sausage and hashbrowns they make an excellent breakfast plate!
I have also tried them scrambled and they taste no different than chicken eggs when prepared this way. Even my husband liked them this way.
Yesterday I hard boiled some and added one to my tuna salad! YUM! Next I want to see if they make a good egg salad sandwich...
quiche, bacon and egg pie, etc... in baking and who knows what else??
I think the conclusion will be that an egg is an egg and a fresh egg for free is even better!
